If you’re one of those people that just eats everything that is put in front of them and then some, this may be of interest to you. These days, the types of health supplements on offer have been designed to give you all the good and none of the bad. So things like salt, sugar, cholesterol and saturated fat to name a few, which we already get too much of, aren’t in them.
